Recognize my grandfather as
Signature dishes such as kangkong belacan, fried cuttlefish, sweet and sour fish
Or better known as "ang sio he" and many more
Today, the ever well-known Restaurant Tong Tien
Is pass down to my uncle
Where not only the signature dishes are still available
But more other new dishes
That are mouth-watering, delicious, and tempting
That is offer
No..I am not blowing my own horn

Well, what is better than having us to try out the new dishes beforehand
Along with grandma's birthday
Decided to give her a suprise celebration
*told you, suprise parties is one of the specialties*
As like many other Chinese family dinner
A FIESTA will be prepare

Not really sure what is the name of this dish
However, usually its called Four Seasons, Six Seasons or Eight Seasons
Depending on the number of the food portion on the plate
Would be call "Five Season"??
Yum Yum!
Crispy yet tender
Sweet yet a little sour
Uh Huh...its the fried quail!
With the right amount of sambal sauce
And the freshness of the fish
Trust me...this is goooodd!!

Nothing can beats this combination!
Herbal chicken soup
With all the time and effort put into the preparation fo this dish
Its no wonder that this is the old time favourite
With the long cooking hours
To allow the aromatic smell of the herbs
To be absorbed into the chicken
